1. Return Eligibility & Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: Must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or digital receipt is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items once opened

  • Earrings or intimate accessories

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact support@faruquesgiftshop.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Provide Photos (if applicable): For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


4. Fees & Refunds

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Our Error / Damaged Item: We will provide a prepaid shipping label or cover the return cost.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
