MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update in the courier’s system after shipment.
If your tracking number still does not update after a few days, please contact the carrier or reach out to our support team for assistance.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unused items in original packaging.
